888Starz Nigeria states on 888starz.ng that it holds betting and casino licences from Ondo State. The brand has no entry on the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority register, so the Ondo licences rest on the operator's own statement.

For a dispute, that leaves a punter with 888Starz support and the Ondo State authority it names. Punters who want a licence they can look up in a public register before depositing can choose 22Bet or BetWinner, both listed in Lagos.

1. 1Deposit 1100% bonus, from about ₦1,400
2. 2Wager 5xAccas of 3+ selections at 1.40+, within 7 days
3. 3Deposits 2 to 450%, 25% and 25%, each with its own seven-day clock
4. 4WithdrawAfter the running stage is wagered

The 888Starz sports welcome bonus is a four-stage package: 100% on the first deposit, 50% on the second and 25% on the third and fourth. Each stage starts from about ₦1,400 and has to be wagered 5x in accas of three or more selections at 1.40 or higher within 7 days of that deposit.

Worked example: ₦10,000 on the first deposit brings ₦10,000 of bonus, so the following seven days need ₦50,000 of qualifying accas. Handicap and total selections add nothing towards the target, so leave those markets off bonus slips.

Each stage carries its own seven-day clock from its deposit, so time the next deposit for a week when you can bet five times the bonus.

Naira wallets and banksBank transferCardsVisa / Mastercard

888Starz lists Visa and Mastercard on its Nigerian payment page and quotes the deposit limits in euros and dollars, while the sports bonus rules give their figures in naira. Each bonus stage starts from about ₦1,400 and needs its own deposit, so the full package takes four separate top-ups.

Bank transfer appears in the payout times on the international site, alongside cards, e-wallets and crypto. Before the first deposit, open the cashier from a logged-in naira account and check which routes it shows, because the payment page is written for several countries at once, with limits in euros and dollars.

888Starz publishes payout times on its international site, 888starz.bet: same day for e-wallets and crypto, and three to five days for cards and bank transfer. The Nigerian site gives no separate naira figures, so treat these as the operator's general estimate. Any running bonus stage has to be wagered before a withdrawal.

That splits Nigerian punters by route: crypto and e-wallets are the fastest options the operator names, while a card or bank payout can take most of a working week. Since the times come from 888starz.bet and the .ng site lists none, keep the first withdrawal small and see how long a naira payout takes on your own account.

• Android appYes
• iPhone appYes

888Starz lists an Android APK and an iPhone app on its .ng site. Take the APK from 888starz.ng itself, because a search for 888Starz on Google Play Nigeria returns apps titled 888starz from unrelated developers.

On Android, allow installs from your browser for that one download and switch the setting off again once the app is in place. The iPhone app listed on 888starz.ng opens the same account as the website, so a balance funded on one shows on the other.

Open bets and cash out travel with the account across devices, so a slip placed on the website can be cashed out from the app.

22Bet and BetWinner both sit on the Lagos register and quote 15-minute payouts, while the 888Starz payout times come from its international site. 888Starz is the one of the three with a four-stage sports package; 22Bet pays a single 100% sports bonus and BetWinner leads with a casino package.
