Contact Bookmakers.com.ng about offers, links and licences

To contact Bookmakers.com.ng, email [email protected]. Three kinds of report keep the bookmaker pages accurate: a welcome offer that has changed, a bookmaker link that fails, and a licence that has lapsed or moved to a new company.

Bonus reports

Wrong bonus amount or wagering rule

A bookmaker can change any part of a welcome offer at any time. That covers the percentage, the naira cap, the minimum deposit, the wagering multiple and the minimum odds. One stale figure changes what the bonus is worth to you.

A useful report names the bookmaker and gives both figures: the one on its page here and the one on the operator’s bonus page. Add the address of that page. Say whether you saw the offer on the Nigerian website, the Android app or the iPhone app.

A wagering rule printed as 5x here and 10x on the bonus page is the gap worth sending.

Link reports

Each bookmaker button opens an address that starts with /go/ and forwards you to the operator. A link needs fixing when it ends on a 404 error page. The same goes for a version of the site built for another country, or a page that refuses visitors from Nigeria.

Three details make the problem easy to trace: the page you clicked from, the wording on the button and the address where your browser stopped. Add the device and browser you used, such as Chrome on Android. Mobile data or Wi-Fi is worth noting too, along with the time you tried.

Licence reports

Licence lapsed or moved to a new company

Lagos licences appear on the LSLGA register with the company name and a start and end date for each operator. Once that end date passes, or the entry names a different company, the licence seal on its bookmaker page needs updating.

If you contact Bookmakers.com.ng about a licence, email the operator name, the day you looked at the register and what the entry showed. State permits from Ondo, Oyo or Ekiti fit the same report. So do NLRC permits that an operator cites on its Nigerian website.

Questions about a bet, a withdrawal or a blocked account go to the bookmaker’s customer support. Only the bookmaker holds your account details and bet history.
